Living in Relationship with Christ

Relationships come in many forms. We bond with people, animals, and even nature. The reason is simple: we are relational beings. God has designed us with the deep need to connect.

When sin broke humanity’s fellowship with the Creator, Christ came to restore it. God’s great desire to be in relationship with His children drove Him to the cross. Through Jesus’ victory over sin and death, every barrier was removed. Now, through the work of the cross, we can walk in a loving relationship with our Heavenly Father.

But relationships are meant to grow. The more we understand someone, the deeper our connection becomes. The same is true with Jesus. Salvation begins with surrender and forgiveness, but that is not the end—it is the beginning of an endless journey into the heart of God.

Oh, the depths of love we can dive into! Oh, the heights of joy we can ascend! To know Him, to hear His gentle whisper, to walk daily in His presence—that is true life. Surrender to His will. Trust His leading as your Good Shepherd. Walk hand in hand with Christ, and discover the fullness of relationship your soul was created for.

With Gratitude, Pastor Jesse
